  Absolutely awful experience every time I have been there. These girls will lie and sell you anything to make a dollar. They all act nice, but know that they are taking advantage of you.
  This location is unfortunately the closest one and the most convenient, but definitely not worth going to. Last time I came in, I was told buying a $100 lotion would extend my tan and spray tan package that had both expired. There was no mention of anyone having to approve this transaction or that it was subject for review. Thursday I went in and spoke with Kimberly who said she was the manager. She also made multiple statements that contradicted themselves. First she stated that after buying a product, that corporate has to approve of any packages being reactived. Then she stated that she didn’t know what the last girl did or how she did it. Then she stated that my package for my tans was approved but that my spray tan package had just expired two days ago... (which was false, it had expired a little while ago and I have had that confirmed by two different employees) knowing that all of the employees make commissions off of what they sell, she then offered that I could buy another lotion and then she would reactivate my spray tan package. (Which how she could be sure this would happen after she stated that it is all up to corporate?) needless to say, it was a terrible experience. The people that work here will sell you anything so they can make more money. They are after their own best interests and not yours. There are so many other tanning salons not to mention la tans in general. Do yourself a favor and drive to the next location, I promise it is worth it. (183rd and Harlem location is great!)
