  I love their product, but there customer service definitely needs work! The first time about a year ago I went in there the guy act like I couldn't afford a camper. I keep looking at the Outbacks and he kept wanting to the show me a cheaper model. Not knowing that I had cash in hand that I could buy any camper on his lot. So I bought a camper elsewhere.
  
  This year I went in there looking to upgrade my camper. And they could care less again about me looking at campers the lady gave me about 30 seconds of her time they ran out opened up one camper and then I was abandoned.
  
  If they were too busy to show me a camper they should have told me that or tell me to set up a time that they could better serve me.
  
  I try to talk to them again at the 2018 show in Rosemont and got the same response. Very disappointing because you guys are very close to where I live. I'd rather support local businesses then driving 50 miles away somewhere else to get service.
